Frances Burden, GIA Graduate Research Assistant, attended Luc Anselin's Spatial Regression Workshop at ICPSR (Summer 2003); presented a paper at the American Society of Criminology in Denver on Recidivism and Neighborhood Effects in Atlanta, Georgia; and presented a paper at the ESRI - East Coast SHRUG meeting in November, 2003.
