Frances Burden, GIA Core Graduate Research Assistant, presented her paper entitled "Neighborhood Structural Determinants of Recidivism: A Multilevel Study of Parolees in their Neighborhoods" at the Crime Mapping Conference (NIJ) held in Boston, March 30-April 2, 2004.
