Other News

David Ader attended the Bergen Summer Research School at the University of Bergen, Norway. The school was specifically designed for doctoral students from around the world who address the issue of poverty in their research.

Carla Shoff presented her poster "Teenage Fertility: Does Place, Race, or Poverty Matter?" at Penn State's Graduate Exhibition and at the College of Agricultural Sciences' Graduate Research Exposition, receiving second place within the Social and Behavioral Sciences division at both events.
