Congratulations to the newly elected officers of the Population Association of America. PAA's appreciation goes to all nominees for their willingness to serve the profession and to the members who voted in this year's election. Terms of office begin January 1, 1996. The constitution and bylaws of the PAA, which outline the responsibilities of PAA officers, are printed in the front of the PAA Directory of Members. Several amendments have been added, the text of which appear in the Fall 1994 issue of PAA Affairs.
