Qualifications for the position include a Ph.D. in communication, sociology, psychology, health education or a related field relevant to communication in population and reproductive health. Experience in design and/or evaluation of health communication interventions is essential. Individuals with experience in developing countries and with mass media are particularly encouraged to apply. Foreign language skills are desirable.
